Bilingual Sales Representative

Asher's Appliances is a new and growing appliance retail store in Portland, OR built on the belief that great salespeople deserve to be paid like it. This role is for someone who is hungry, bilingual in English and Spanish, and ready to stop leaving money on the table.As our Bilingual Sales Representative you will be the face of our store to both retail customers and business accounts. You will build and grow a B2B client base from the ground up, serve Spanish speaking customers in our community, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Success in this role looks like a growing book of business, strong warranty attachment rates, and a paycheck that keeps climbing because yours does too.This is a ground floor opportunity with a direct path to management for the right person. We are building something and we want the people who help us build it to be rewarded when we win.—————————————— RESPONSIBILITIES ——————————————Serve retail customers on the sales floor in both English and Spanish, guiding them through product selection and closing salesProspect, contact, and develop relationships with local B2B accounts including property managers, contractors, landlords, and real estate investorsLog all B2B activity and account notes in our CRM Offer and sell extended warranty coverage on every qualifying saleRepresent Asher's Appliances professionally in all customer and business interactionsContribute to the overall energy, cleanliness, and culture of the storeMeet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission tier earnings—————————————— QUALIFICATIONS ——————————————Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal. This is a firm requirementPrior experience in sales, customer service, or a customer facing role encouragedComfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach for B2B account developmentSelf motivated with a high tolerance for building something from scratchReliable, professional, and able to represent the brand well with both retail and business customersComfortable working in a small business environment where flexibility and ownership mindset matter
