A company is looking for an Operations Escrow Officer. Key Responsibilities Manage the escrow process from initiation to closing, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions Prepare and review escrow documents and disburse funds accurately Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or finance is a plus Experience in escrow or title operations preferred Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow processes Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
