Host/Hostess
1. Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.
2. Greet customers in a timely manner.
3. Relay orders to kitchen.
4. Serve order to customers and continue to meet their needs as they eat.
5. Ring up customer’s checks, take payment and make change.
6. Clean tables, counters, seats, and area around table after customer leaves.
7. Reset table or counter and make sure supplies are well filled.
8. Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
9. Follow all store policies and procedures.
