Reporting to the Work Order Manager, you’ll be responsible for business development, estimating, and full project management from proposal through closeout. This includes coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery while strengthening client partnerships and contributing to the division’s growth.Position DescriptionSupport business development by preparing pricing proposals and cultivating client relationshipsCollaborate with clients and design partners to develop conceptual designs, estimates, and secure necessary permitsLead project start-up activities, including reviewing estimates, preparing cost codes, and establishing schedulesManage subcontractor and vendor procurement, including bids, purchase orders, and subcontractsOversee construction progress schedules, client communications, change orders, and project documentationConduct regular project meetings with owners and design teams to coordinate work with field supervisorsManage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and product data to support field personnelOversee project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty follow-upPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required4+ years of relevant construction experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods, systems, and project phasesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systemsAbility to work at our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL – this is not a remote positionAuld & White Constructors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Auld & White does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
