Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED is required.2+ years of experience in an administrative office position is required. Preferred Qualifications1+ year of administrative/project support in construction is preferred.2+ years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred. Strong Excel experience is preferred.Key Skills & CompetenciesMust be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detailKnowledge and understanding of general office procedures.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Provide administrative support to project management team and designated staff.Data entry of Accounts PayableUpdate the Project Progress Tracking database regularlyCoordinate the distribution of project documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary or as appropriate per company proceduresInterface with both internal and external individuals involved in projects, such as project team members, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendorsMaintain ongoing communication related to projects, respond to inquiries, research and provide information as necessary to ensure smooth administration of projectsUtilize company accounting system to enter invoices and purchase ordersPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Compensation & Benefits Pay is commensurate with experience.
