Job DescriptionBruna Implement Co is Hiring a Store Lead/Sales Representative in Hiawatha, KSStore Lead/SalespersonWe're looking for a store lead to oversee daily operations in Hiawatha Kansas, and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. You'll be responsible for fulfilling sales goals and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and train new staff, and take on other administrative tasks as needed. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skills.Objectives of this roleDeliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionWork with the team to Manage employment of personnel at a store locationMaintain relationship with customers. Maintain facilities and equipmentOversee sales team recruitment and shape and facilitate training processesCreate a clean and safe store environment that complies with health and safety regulations and company standardsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerSet a strong, professional example for mid-level managers and store associates to followResponsibilitiesSource, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training processConduct annual personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improveEngage with customers, demonstrate equipment, negotiate sales, manage CRM, paperwork, financing, after sales follow-up, inventory managementPrepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to company leadershipUndertake financial-planning tasks, including managing the store budgetArrange promotional material and in-store displaysSkills and qualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding customer service skillsPowerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, with the ability to make important decisionsExcellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressureSuperb organizational and time management skillsAn eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displaysPreferred qualificationsExperience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial positionFarm equipment experience necessaryIn-depth knowledge of financial planning and office managementWorking knowledge of business development best practicesEntrepreneurial mindset
