Our success is the result of hardworking, skilled employees who share our passion for craftsmanship and innovation. *Job Summary* We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our manufacturing team for the 1st shift in Bonner, Montana. This role involves assembling components, performing various tasks, and ensuring the quality and safety of fabricated products. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, sheet metal work, and welding processes, with a strong focus on precision and adherence to industry standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on fabrication, assembly, and metalworking techniques. *Duties* * Assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in accordance with schematics and blueprints * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate assembly and fabrication * Operate tools to shape and prepare materials * Use tape measure to ensure parts meet specifications * Conduct rigging and crane operations safely for material handling and assembly processes * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors * Assist with fabrication as needed * Follow all safety guidelines related to machines and tooling *Skills* * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately * Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement instruments * Familiarity with construction site practices related to ductwork or structural assembly * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly or fabrication tasks * Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance in manufacturing or construction environments We welcome candidates with a background in construction site experience or related fields who are committed to quality craftsmanship.
