We don't want order takers—we want driven, resilient Door to Door Sales Pros who know how to confidently engage homeowners, build trust at the door, and generate high-quality leads. If you have the work ethic to knock doors, set appointments, and sell, we have the infrastructure to support your success. You generate the leads, we close the big deals, and you get paid. It's that simple.The Compensation Structure (Uncapped Potential)We structure our payouts to reward high performers. As an independent contractor, your compensation is tied directly to your output and the completion of your canvassing engagements:$300 Daily Territory Engagement Fee: Paid for the successful completion of your daily canvassing territory and lead-generation objectives.5% Uncapped Commission: You earn a strong 5% on everything our sales team closes from the leads you generate.The Expectation: We expect our contractors to sell a minimum of three (3) AC tune-ups per day at $89 each at the door.If you can do that consistently, the backend commissions from the repairs and system replacements our closers sell will make your income grow rapidly.What You Will DoAs an independent business owner partnering with On The Way AC, you control your approach. Your objective is straightforward:Confidently navigate your selected neighborhoods and canvass with purpose.Pitch and sell $89 AC tune-ups directly to homeowners.Your tune-up sales get our expert repair technicians into the home.When our repair technicians identify aging or failing systems and generate turnover leads for our Design Specialists, you collect your 5% commission on the final system replacement sale.Why Partner With Us?We close your leads: Our Technicians and Design Specialists are elite. You determine your schedule, your methods, and your level of success.Requirements (Must-Have)To legally and successfully operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor with us, you must meet the following criteria:Drive and Resilience: Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct sales (HVAC, solar, roofing, or pest control preferred).Independent Operation: You must operate as your own entity.
