Business Development Manager TraineeLawrenceville, GA, United StatesThe Business Development Manager Trainee is responsible for selling Accent Global Staffing services (temporary help, temp-to-perm and direct hire staffing services) to potential clients, focusing on new business development in the areas of temporary, temp to perm and direct hire, focusing on clerical, accounting, customer service including call center operations, general labor and logistics verticals.Build a pipeline of qualified prospective customers in the following industries: Healthcare, Technology, Call Center Operations and Manufacturing/Warehouse Operations.Secure new business within that pipelineCreate sales plans that capitalize on market opportunityAggressively hunt new business opportunitiesDrive year over year growthDevelop and execute against territory plan to capitalize on market opportunitiesOffer customized workforce solutions to clients through on-premise discovery meetingsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to transition to management teamWe offer a generous 40% commission plan on new accounts developed plus hourly rate on active accounts acquired.
