Interim Accounting Manager

Accounting ConsultantOur client in the healthcare industry has an immediate need for an Accounting Consultant to assist with NetSuite implementation activities as well as general accounting responsibilities. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment and can commit through the end of June. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the NetSuite implementation, including: Tying out the general ledger Assisting with implementation-related accounting tasks and clean-up Perform month-end close activities, including: Preparing and posting journal entries Account reconciliations Assist with additional accounting projects as needed during the implementation and close process QualificationsPrior experience using NetSuite as an end user (e.g., posting journal entries, reconciliations). This is required. Experience participating in a NetSuite implementation is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3+ years of professional accounting experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a startup environment Work Arrangement & HoursOffice is located in Nashville On-site presence is preferred but not required; fully remote candidates will be considered Part-time schedule of approximately 2530 hours per week
