Intake Program Internship

Duties & Responsibilities:Intake program interns engage in a variety of responsibilities under the supervision of PAWS Chicago staff. Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling dogs and cats during intake assessments; behavior and medical evaluations.Recording behavior and medical observationsCapturing photo and video of our animals as directed by Intake Program ManagerWriting copy for social media and web promotions and email communicationsEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the animal file as a result of the intake process.
