Sales Specialist

Title: Business Advisor Location: ONSITE in Sparks, NVDuration: Perm HireSalary: $36K-$40K + Commission Day to Day:You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’ s top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed) • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply • Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence • Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated • Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting) • Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license • Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid workDay to Day: Prospect in provided territory for new client growthAttend Monthly Sales Meetings at officeAttend various company outingsWrite proposals and negotiate terms of contractsManage clients and prospects within CRMBuild long-term relationships with clientsCompetent computer skills
