Construction Field Manager (Telecom)

Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects.We are looking to hire a Construction Field Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty in the field – This would be a travel role, working alongside Project Managers and Project Director.Company Truck is provided along with robust per diems and travel benefits. Request Quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and servicesAttend conference calls and participate in project meetingsCreate daily and weekly schedules to support the management teamCoordinating the final inspections of jobs as requiredRequesting COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licensesArranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary. Climb ladders over 30 feet on rooftops, water tanks, and buildings using a safety harnessEnsure job site remains safe, clean, and orderlyMonitor and assist with field productivity, cost control, and schedulingPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Must have experience managing and/or supporting tower or solar construction crews and/or subcontractorsA WORKING Manager who is willing to work alongside their crews and get their hands dirty is requiredMust be fully proficient MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Valid Driver's License and ability to travel 90% of the time for projects (Midwest region including IL, OH, IN, MI, KY)Able to climb ladders and assist with the use of construction equipmentAble to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materialsAble to work some weekends during deadlineOSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and Lift Certifications a plusTriad Associates Inc. is a division of Concordia Group.
