Lead Engagement Analyst

We are currently seeking energetic and well-spoken candidates to join our Sales and Marketing team. The position is a Full-Time, permanent position within our company. Description Location: Raleigh, NC Essential Job Functions: Perform information gathering Phone Calls to prospective new customers and gain insight into their environments and correct contacts. Perform research on prospects daily to feed up to date information to Sales representatives. Perform data cleansing to downloaded prospect lists to gather additional information as well as prepare them for importing into a Customer Relationship Management system. Perform Demand Generation marketing activities to prospective new customers in the form of phone calls. Perform research on prospective industries and business opportunities to feed up to date information to Sales and Executive Management. Assist Marketing staff as required or requested in all aspects of marketing activities Assist in general everyday marketing activities including printing, mass mailings, preparing mailings, Social Media posting, and other tasks as the may be assigned. Responsible for performing a set amount of lead generation activity phone calls as directed by Management per day, per week, per month. Make phone calls and send emails to prospects to generate demand for seminars and webinars we would host. Assist any design teams in producing quality marketing materials. Assist in managing events and seminars to generate demand and produce leads for Sales professionals Work closely with Marketing staff to aid in demand generation and campaign maintenance Assist in building/modifying/editing professional Power Point presentations Research industry trends and what prospective customers needs might be Work with Marketing staff to Identify key segments of our industry and align our marketing activities to deliver on the needs of the industry Develop and communicate prioritized list of strategic opportunities for target prospects. Maintain daily and weekly milestones and metrics to measure the progress of calling goals and objectives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications and Experience: Active understanding across key social media sites including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc. Working knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret and make solid recommendations to client and internal team Superior writing skills (creative, business and technical) composing content that may be either detailed and thorough, or concise and captivating Critical thinking and drive for new knowledge Organizational Skills Ability to effectively manage time, schedules, and objectives Must have basic computer technology proficiency to type documents, create spreadsheets, and create and customer proposals Ability to take high-level ideas and turn them into action items For consideration please send the following: cover letter, resume, references, educational transcripts or certificates, and salary requirements to careers@crossroadstech.net
