Must have a New Mexico PT License. -BLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-NM Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) OR Physical Therapist, Pedi SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.-Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment. Preferred QualificationsEPIC experience; can train on-site.Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
