RMD brings extensive expertise in all areas of consulting including design, development, and management, plus a talented team of industry leaders that continue to elevate guest and client experience in San Diego and beyond.Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for every aspect of the operation and growth of the restaurant, with a strong expectation of touching every table, engaging guests, and leading hospitality from the floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading financial performance including EBITDA, COGS, labor, and P&L managementMaintaining a visible MOD presence and personally connecting with guests throughout serviceCoaching and developing high-performing teams and future leadersCreating memorable guest moments and capturing preferences for future visitsDriving revenue through service standards, training, and promotionsEnsuring operational excellence, compliance, and consistent trainingQualificationsMinimum 5 years AGM or GM experience with extensive knowledge in high-volume restaurants, nightclubs, and private eventsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong hospitality mindset with a guest-first leadership styleProven cost control and team development experienceAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
