Sr. Pre-Service Rep

Performs daily operations activities such as: ensures accurate and timely collection of all data necessary for the processing of charges/claims and, ultimately, the receipt and processing of payments owed to the company. Provides recommendations for system improvements in order to ensure accuracy and consistency of operational activities. Upholds and supports service excellence standards by providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating with patients throughout their medical experience.
