Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and support Java-based web applications, batch processes, and microservices. Implement APIs and support containerized applications using Kubernetes and Kafka. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and improve system performance. Write and automate comprehensive tests to ensure application stability and high quality. Support migration, integration, and troubleshooting efforts with a focus on operational excellence. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of Java development experience, with at least 3 years in full-stack development. Expert proficiency in Java, especially J2EE, Spring Framework, and Struts. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven applications using Kafka. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with database query development in Oracle, including Hibernate and Spring. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Playwright, and test automation frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as VersionOne. Nice to Have Skills Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of performance testing and optimization strategies. Additional certifications related to Java, cloud, or DevOps. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant technical field.
