Corrugated Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corrugated Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining corrugated cardboard manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality packaging products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are strictly followed. Duties Operate corrugated machinery such as flexo presses, machining tools, and other industrial equipment to produce corrugated sheets and packaging materials Adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and prevent downtime Monitor production processes closely to ensure adherence to quality standards in manufacturing and packaging Conduct prepress checks to verify that printing plates and materials are correctly aligned before production begins Perform manual handling tasks including loading raw materials, stacking finished products, and ensuring proper packaging of items Maintain safety standards by following established procedures, wearing appropriate protective gear, and reporting hazards promptly Use forklift equipment safely for moving raw materials and finished goods within the facility Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs when necessary Qualifications Proven experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment, preferably in a corrugated or packaging environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to make adjustments on flexo presses and other machinery Familiarity with quality standards in production and safety standards in manufacturing environments Basic understanding of prepress processes related to printing on corrugated materials Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Knowledge of forklift operation is highly desirable; certification preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality output throughout production processes Join our team today and be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills make a real impact!
