Collaborates with business and Human Resources leadership to understand requirements; then designs, develops, implements and evaluates learning and development solutions. As a Senior Specialist, project manages key programs including budgets, vendor collaboration, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. Also provides coaching and subject matter expertise to collaborators in HR and other learning and development teams. Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.ResponsibilitiesCreates and conducts needs assessments and identifies skill gaps across the organization to ensure training programs meet the business needs.Designs and develops curricula, participant materials for multiple modalities, learning tools and trainer/facilitator guides, for training deliverables across the organization.Facilitates learning sessions/programs according to designed objectives and in a manner that is conducive to adult learning styles.Monitors, measures and evaluates training and development programs to ensure objectives are met and learning is applied and sustainedManages vendors and maintains relationships to ensure high quality and cost-effective procurement of training materials and other development services in support of our internally designed programs and facilitationRecommends and implements ongoing improvements to existing training and development programsBuilds and sustains effective partnerships and relationships with Versiti-wide leadersParticipates as a member of the Human Resources team to ensure all training and development activities are aligned with strategic objectives and organizational goalsMaintains current knowledge and understanding of training and development best practices and applies as appropriateMaintains strict confidentiality of required records, reports, and files pertaining to areas of responsibilityPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and proceduresQualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field requiredExperience4-6 years experience in Human Resources with at least three years of instructional design and facilitation required4-6 years years experience in designing, implementing, delivering and evaluating training and development programs requiredKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesComprehensive knowledge and demonstrated competence in applying adult learning and training best practices in assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training and development solutions requiredDemonstrated experience using multiple modalities including classroom, elearning, blended, and performance support in service to learning outcomes requiredDemonstrated experience using learning management systems to assign, track and enable learners in service to curriculum requirements and learning outcomes requiredStrong presentation and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization. requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills. requiredStrong project planning and organization skills. requiredWork independently and with minimal supervision. requiredTools and TechnologyPersonal Computer (desk top, lap top, tablet) requiredGeneral office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine) requiredMicrosoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredLearning Management Systems requiredTraining development software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360) required
