Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician Location: Torrance, CaliforniaCompensation: $250,000–$280,000 base + bonus + equitySchedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Minimal call | Weekends offShe Recruits is proud to present an exceptional full-time opportunity for a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to lead a dedicated care team serving medically complex and elderly patients in the Torrance, CA area. This role sits within an integrated, value-based care program that blends clinical excellence with whole-person support, giving physicians the time and tools to truly make a difference.You’ll lead a high-performing clinical team and play a key role in shaping patient outcomes through compassionate, coordinated, and continuous care.
