Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based at Fancy Studio in the North Denmark Region, Denmark. The Owner will oversee daily studio operations, including planning schedules, coordinating projects, and managing resources to ensure smooth delivery of services. Responsibilities include setting the studio’s strategic direction, developing business plans, and driving growth through client acquisition and retention. The role involves supervising and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Owner will also manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and partners, handle key client relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, studio management, or a similar leadership role.Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in an on-site environment.Excellent organizational and decision-making skills with a focus on problem-solving.Knowledge of relevant local regulations and best practices for operating a studio or similar business in Denmark.Comfort working in English; proficiency in Danish or willingness to learn is an advantage.Background in creative industries, design, media, or related fields is beneficial.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth and managing change.
