Renovation Coordinator

We are seeking a Renovation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation, capital improvement, and construction‑related projects that enhance our campus while delivering an exceptional, resident‑focused experience.What You’ll Be Doing Plan, coordinate, and supervise campus renovations, painting projects, modifications, and construction activities in alignment with the Campus Master Plan and operational priorities. Support the design, planning, and implementation of infrastructure improvements, capital projects, and special renovation initiatives across the campus. Develop and maintain forecasts for renovation needs, monitor departmental budgets, and assist with annual and long‑range capital budget planning. Hire, coordinate, and oversee contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality expectations. Maintain accurate records related to renovation projects, resident options, construction notes, meeting minutes, work orders, and related documentation.About You Minimum of five years of experience in general or specialized building construction, renovations, or facility services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades. Knowledge of construction safety practices, regulatory requirements, MSDS, PPE, and general building trade standards. Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and local officials. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
