Consulting Manager – Data & AI

Jade Business Services (JBS) is seeking a Consulting Manager – Data & AI to lead client-facing consulting engagements, shape strategic Data & AI initiatives into executable programs, and build trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.This role is designed for a consulting leader who is technically credible across data, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI—but primarily excels at initiative shaping, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership, rather than deep hands-on architecture.You will partner closely with AI Architects and technical leads for solution design, while owning the broader motion of:Client engagement and executive alignment Program structuring and roadmap definition Team formation and delivery oversight Revenue growth and account expansion This is a high-visibility, U.S.-based role focused on expanding JBS’s presence within strategic client accounts.Key ObjectivesBuild strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders Convert ambiguous ideas into structured programs and roadmaps Shape practical, high-value Data & AI solutions with architects Build and organize high-performing delivery teams Drive revenue growth through consultative engagement Represent JBS credibly in front of senior U.S. client stakeholders Core ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship BuildingBuild trusted relationships with client executives, architects, and business leaders Lead discovery, assessment, and initiative-framing discussions Help clients define priorities, risks, and phased execution plans Act as a visible and credible JBS leader in client engagements Initiative Shaping & Consulting LeadershipConvert loosely defined ideas into structured programs, charters, and roadmaps Define delivery models, assumptions, and execution risks with technical teams Support proposal development and executive presentations Ensure alignment to business value and practical execution Delivery Team Formation & OversightBuild cross-functional teams across data, AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, and integration Coordinate with offshore and nearshore teams Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and execution discipline Support hiring and capability-building for delivery teams Partnership with AI ArchitectsCollaborate with AI Architects on solution design and architecture governance Maintain enough technical depth to guide conversations and challenge assumptions Ensure solutions align with client goals, timelines, and team capabilities Revenue Growth & Account ExpansionIdentify follow-on opportunities within existing accounts Partner with leadership on account growth strategy Convert consulting engagement into delivery opportunities Contribute to reusable offerings and solution accelerators Required Experience10+ years in consulting, technology delivery, or Data & AI leadership Strong client-facing consulting or solution leadership experience Proven ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders Experience shaping ambiguous ideas into structured programs Experience leading cross-functional teams Working knowledge of Data & AI ecosystems (data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI) Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, or account growth About Jade Business Services (JBS)Jade Business Services (JBS) is a Minority Business Enterprise specializing in energy data platforms, agentic AI, and operational reliability for the energy and utilities sector.Tagline: Forged in Energy.
