Job Summary: We're seeking a licensed hair stylist to provide professional hair care services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, creativity, and outstanding customer service abilities.Key Responsibilities:Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, and chemical treatmentsConduct hair and scalp analysis to recommend appropriate servicesMaintain clean and organized workstationBuild and maintain client relationships through exceptional serviceStay current with hair trends, techniques, and productsRetail hair care products to clientsFollow all health and safety regulationsMaintain accurate service records and appointment schedulingRequirements:Current Arizona Cosmetology License1+ years' experience preferred (will consider recent graduates)Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and stylingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to stand for extended periodsFlexibility with scheduling.Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
