Job Description Now Hiring Quality Inspectors / Polishers! We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Touch Up / Polisher to inspect, repair, and polish painted parts to meet customer quality standards. This role is critical in identifying paint defects, performing touch-ups, and ensuring finished parts are shipment-ready.ResponsibilitiesInspect painted parts exiting the oven for defectsIdentify paint defects, record data, and determine root causesPolish or repair defects to meet quality standardsDocument inspection and repair results accuratelyEnsure parts are clean, labeled, and traceable before shipmentSupport production targets and follow safety and quality proceduresCommunicate quality issues with production, maintenance, and lab teamsRequirementsGrade 12 / High School Diploma (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paint shop environmentExperience polishing and repairing painted plastic partsUnderstanding of paint quality inspection standardsAbility to read work instructions and follow safety proceduresPhysically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kgStrong teamwork and communication skillsBenefitsStable, full-time opportunityHands-on quality role in a production environmentOpportunity to contribute to continuous improvement
