CTC Case Management Specialist
A company is looking for a CTC Case & Process Specialist GSA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support for the E2E OTC reimbursement process in GSA markets
Act as a single point of contact for complex case inquiries and manage dispute resolutions
Support UAT testing and develop case management processes, including training for new employees
Required Qualifications
Degree or relevant experience
Experience in customer service/order management, preferably in MedTech
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
Fluent in German and at least B/C level in English
