QA Engineer (Java Full Stack Platform)Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States (Onsite)Experience: 7+ yearsEmployment type: Full-time and ContractAbout the roleWe are looking for a senior QA Engineer who can own quality end to end on a Java and Angular platform that spans microservices, streaming data, and multiple databases. This is not a script-running role. You will build the automation, dig into failures across the stack, and be the person who says whether a release is ready. This position is onsite in Omaha, Nebraska.What you will doOwn test strategy, test plans, and test cases for your modules across UI, API, messaging, and data layersBuild and maintain the automation framework and regression suite, and keep it green in CI on every buildTest REST APIs and validate asynchronous flows through KafkaValidate data accuracy end to end, from ingestion through Spark transformations to reporting outputRun functional, regression, smoke, and sanity cycles, and drive defects to closureJoin grooming and design discussions early so gaps get caught before development startsReview test code from junior engineers and mentor them on framework and process standardsWhat you need7+ years in software quality assurance, with significant time on automationStrong Core Java fundamentals, enough to build and extend an automation framework on your ownSelenium WebDriver with Java, plus TestNG or JUnitREST API testing with Postman and REST AssuredStrong SQL skills on Oracle and MySQL, including complex joins and backend data reconciliationHands-on with MongoDB queries and data validationExperience validating Kafka messages and event-driven flowsComfortable with Maven or Gradle, Git, and Jenkins or a similar CI toolBasic working knowledge of AWS SDK and Azure SDKSolid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to write a defect report someone can actually act onNice to haveDocker, JMeter or other performance testing, Cucumber BDD, Cypress, ETL testing, Apache Spark output validation, Azure IoT Hub and Event Hub, IoT telemetry testing, Tableau dashboard validation, Linux basics, Agile and in-sprint automation experience.How to applySend your resume to girija.r@concinnitycorp.com or apply directly through this post.
