Physical Therapy Assistant45 – 55 Per Hour | Full-Time | Santa Ana, CA | School-Based | school year |About the Role:Plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual or group sessions to meet the goals outlined in the Individual Education Plans (IEP). Provide therapy to children aged 0 to 22 with various medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders. What You'll Do: Consultation & Instruction: Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom-based activities. Partner with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans, ensuring supervision and alignment with therapeutic goals. Engage with parents to incorporate their child's therapy program into daily routines. Data Collection & Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress. Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations. What We're Looking For: Must Have: Licensure:Current Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state where services are delivered.
