Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our team either remotely or in person from our Delray Beach or Fort Lauderdale location. The ideal candidate is a self starter who takes full ownership of their files from opening through post closing and thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment. Responsibilities Opening new files in Qualia upon receipt of executed contracts. Processing files including ordering title searches, lien searches, estoppel certificates, surveys, and payoff requests. Communicating with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders throughout the transaction. Preparing and reviewing closing disclosures and settlement statements. Balancing files with lenders prior to closing. Coordinating and managing signing appointments. Disbursing funds and completing all post closing tasks including recording and final policy issuance. Maintaining accurate and up to date file notes and statuses in Qualia at all times. Following up with all parties via phone and email to keep files moving toward closing without delays. Requirements Minimum 2 years of title processing experience required. Proficiency in Qualia is required. Must have experience opening, processing, closing, and post closing files independently. Strong knowledge of Florida title insurance practices and closing procedures. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience. Please include your experience level and salary expectations when applying.
