Job Overview We are hiring for a front desk role and two positions in the back for audio, vinyl graphics, and apparel. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent service. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with auto restoration or vehicle maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of power tools, hand tool and buffing techniques Experience working in a dealership setting can be advantageous. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
