We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Salt Lake City office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense.Key Responsibilities:Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearingsNegotiate settlements and manage client reportingIndependently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionHandle civil cases through trialQualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in Utah (additional state licensure is a plus)6+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense.
