Loader Operator

Caleb's Services provides lawn, snow, and landscaping services and is hiring a Loader Operator. This is a seasonal, on call position. Pay is not guaranteed but is available in some cases. Duties: - Operate a loader to plow, stack and haul snow - Being able to operate a shovel occasionally - Be a skilled and aware driver Requirements: - 18 years or older - Lift up to 50 pounds - Be able to work for up to 16 hours - Complete background and driving record checks with no major infractions within 5 years - Work in all weather conditions - Reliable transportation and a smartphone Work Schedule: - On call, 24/7, holidays included, whenever the snow falls. Generally, work hours are 2 AM - 2 PM. - Long, multiple day shifts are a possibility on big snow storms.
