Business Solutions Manager @ Ultimate Staffing A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support firmwide administration, workflow optimization, and tax-related operational oversight. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes and high-quality client service. Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions Maintain internal policies, employee documentation, and firm processes Support tax‑related operations, including coordination of tax cycles and processing tasks as needed Assist with billing and internal reporting Review and interpret operational data and recommend improvements Oversee workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Provide high‑level support to internal teams and client‑facing operations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm or tax‑focused professional services environment (required) Strong understanding of tax operations and seasonal workflow cycles Ability to support or process business tax returns Experience with billing and administrative systems Excellent communication skills; polished and professional Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to balance multiple priorities Proactive, organized, and hands‑on approach to daily operations Commitment to accuracy, service, and continuous improvement Additional Information Candidates with transitions due to organizational restructuring or closures are encouraged to provide context.
