It's a building role.Facecard MedSpa is a luxury aesthetic practice in Oak Brook, Illinois — a 7-figure practice on the road to $3 million this year with a clear path to 8 figures and multiple locations within 12 months. We are not a basic botox bar. Our patients invest $12,000–$20,000 in transformation programs. The standard here is different.We are looking for a Director of Practice & Growth — one person who has done this before and wants to do it again with real upside attached.——————————————WHAT YOU'LL OWN——————————————→ Daily operations — you run the practice so our founder can focus on clinical production and growth→ Team leadership — set expectations, hold standards, build a culture that doesn't tolerate mediocrity→ In-office sales — when patients walk in, you close. Confidently. Without flinching at $12K–$20K→ Pipeline oversight — coordinate the remote setter team and keep the patient journey running clean→ Hiring & performance — you interview, onboard, evaluate, and when necessary, let go→ Systems execution — you own the workflows and hold the team accountable to them→ Second location groundwork — as we scale, your role scales——————————————COMPENSATION——————————————→ Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000→ Quarterly Performance Bonus: $20,000 – $30,000+→ Location Bonus: negotiated at second location launch→ Annual aesthetic treatment credit + services at cost→ CO2 laser benefit vesting with tenure→ Compensation grows as the practice growsYear One Potential: $110,000 – $130,000+——————————————WHO YOU ARE——————————————→ 3–7+ years in medspa, dermatology, plastics, or dental group operations→ Multi-location experience strongly preferred→ You have personally closed high-ticket programs — you can name a dollar amount→ You build systems and hold people to them without drama→ You want to grow with something, not just through it→ High standards, low tolerance for excusesThis role is NOT for you if you want a 9-to-5, have never held a team accountable, or are uncomfortable with premium pricing conversations.——————————————ABOUT FACECARD——————————————Facecard MedSpa has served the western Chicago suburbs for six years.
