Job Title: Income Annuities Operations ProcessorLocation: Tampa, FL (Remote – on-site at least once per month)Pay Rate: $20/hourContract Length: 6 monthsJob SummaryThe Income Annuities Operations Processor is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of income annuity contracts. This role ensures annuity payments are processed accurately and on time, policy records are maintained in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and customer and internal partner inquiries are resolved efficiently. The processor plays a key role in supporting annuitants, beneficiaries, and business partners by delivering high-quality operational service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily assigned income annuity transactions, including updates, payments, and maintenance requests such as address changes, bank changes, and beneficiary updatesEnter, update, and maintain annuity data accurately within internal systemsWork across multiple systems while following established procedures to complete assigned tasksEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), internal policies, and regulatory guidelinesReview and verify transaction accuracy to minimize errors and ensure timely processingSupport internal teams and respond to inquiries related to annuity transactions and recordsQualifications3+ years of experience in annuity operations, insurance, financial services, or back-office processingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentRegards,Akansha PandeyRecruiting PartnerAmericas Recruiting – Technology HAYS Working for your tomorrowEmail- Akansha.Pandey11@Hays.comDirect Number – (813)-280-4169
