The Austin office has a close-knit, highly social team culture (people here are genuine friends) and they’re now looking to hire four ambitious sales professionals to join the team.You won’t be joining a corporate machine. You’ll be part of a growing office where performance is visible, success is celebrated loudly, and progression is genuinely achievable.The role:This is a 360 recruitment position with a focus on sales and business development.You’ll be responsible for:Winning new clients and building your own market through proactive business developmentManaging client relationships and growing accountsSourcing and managing candidates across specialist industriesNegotiating offers and closing dealsAt its core, recruitment is high-level consultative sales.
