Relocation Referral CoordinatorLocation: Raleigh, NC (In-Office)Reports to: Relocation ManagerPay: $42k- $45kPosition Overview Coldwell Banker Advantage is seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy Referral Coordinator to join our Relocation Department in Raleigh. This is an entry-level, in-office role focused on the "front end" of our referral business—ensuring every lead is greeted instantly, tracked accurately, and placed with the right real estate professional.Key ResponsibilitiesSpeed-to-Lead Management: Monitor incoming & outgoing lead flow and ensure an immediate professional response.Agent Pairing: Assist the Relocation Managers in assigning leads to top-tier agents based on geography and expertise.Caseload Management: Monitor the status of 400+ active files using automated systems (Zapier, Fello, eRelocation).Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all referral agreements are executed in writing and meet North Carolina disclosure requirements.In-Office Collaboration: Work side-by-side with leadership to optimize workflows and department efficiency.Departmental Support: Perform other administrative or project-based tasks as permitted or assigned by management to support the overall growth of the Relocation Department.QualificationsNC Real Estate License: Strongly preferred (Active or Inactive).Tech-Fluent: Comfortable learning new software; experience with CRMs or Google Workspace is a plus.Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills for interacting with agents and BICs.Organization: Ability to manage high-volume data entry without sacrificing accuracy.Why Join Us?Join a top-performing brokerage with a supportive culture.Healthcare | PTO
