This job was posted by https://joblink.maine.gov : For more information,please see: https://joblink.maine.gov/jobs/1305255We are seeking a mental health clinician to work for our agencyproviding mental health therapy to adult clients both in-person or viatelehealth from our office in Augusta.We can accommodate school, parenting, and other employment.The ideal candidate will be a person with at least a conditional Stateof Maine clinical license, will be reliable and trustworthy, is able towork independently, will be able to consistently complete documentationon time and as required, and will be able to pass mandated backgroundchecks. Those with criminal histories will not be automaticallydisqualified as we are a recovery friendly workplace and second chanceemployer, within the bounds of licensing regulations.The role includes meeting regularly with clients, establishing goals andtreatment plans, updating the plans, writing progress notes, monitoringprogress, connecting and building relationships with community resourcesand the rest of our team, making referrals, and working as part of ateam. We expect high attention to detail, compassion, excellentteamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, a positive communityreputation, and critical thinking skills.
