Home Inspector (Including Pest Inspections & Control)
Full-Time Home Inspector – BuilderBuddy Inspections (Western NC / Asheville Area)
Build a career with purpose, growth, and long-term opportunity.
BuilderBuddy Inspections is a locally owned, education-focused inspection company based in Alexander, NC. We’re not a franchise — we’re a tight-knit, independent team built right here in Western North Carolina. Over the past decade, we’ve earned the trust of our clients and real estate partners by delivering thorough inspections, clear communication, and dependable service.
We’re growing — and expanding into something bigger. Alongside our core inspection services, we’re launching Bugtec, our pest control division focused on wood-destroying insect inspections and treatments. As we grow, we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
If you’re already a licensed inspector and tired of handling everything yourself — scheduling, calls, and chasing work — this role offers a better setup. We’ve built strong systems and support so you can stay focused on what you do best: doing thorough inspections and serving clients well.
This role is built for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to learn the trade the right way. You’ll start by learning our systems and working through hands-on services like well, water, radon, and mold testing, while building toward running your own residential and commercial inspections. Over time, you’ll also gain experience in pest inspections and treatments.
This isn’t a dead-end job — it’s a path. You’ll have a clear opportunity to grow your skills, take on more responsibility, and earn into a long-term profit-sharing program.
Whether you’re just getting started or already licensed, we’re open to the right fit. If you’re in pest control (or want to be) and looking to expand into home inspections, we’ll help guide that path.
