This role requires a strong balance of program leadership, process optimization, executive communication, and technical understanding of network infrastructure.The ideal candidate is not just credentialed-but clear, decisive, and trusted at the executive level. This individual will own programs end-to-end, improve operational rigor, and deliver concise, data-driven leadership readouts.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery LeadershipOwn end-to-end program management for large-scale network implementation initiativesDrive execution across multiple workstreams and disciplinesBalance workloads across internal teams and vendor resources to ensure delivery and qualityEstablish and maintain structure, cadence, and operating models for working squadsProcess Improvement & OptimizationLead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum methodologiesDevelop, track, and improve KPIs and operational metricsIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across network programsApply business intelligence (BI) to analyze performance and inform decisionsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholdersConduct quality audits of work performed internally and by vendorsEnsure accountability, transparency, and alignment across partnersExecutive Communication & ReportingDeliver clear, concise executive-level summaries and readoutsTranslate complex technical and operational data into actionable insightsSupport leadership with presentations, dashboards, and decision-ready materialsCommunicate confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional executivesRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager, Program Director, or Senior Project Manager supporting complex initiativesStrong process improvement backgroundHands-on experience with one or more:Six SigmaScrum Master / AgileLean methodologiesDemonstrated success in KPI development, reporting, and optimizationExperience managing cross-functional teams and/or frontline managersAbility to communicate clearly and confidently at the executive levelStrong judgment, ownership mindset, and leadership presencePreferred QualificationsTelecom or network infrastructure background strongly preferredNetwork implementationNetwork planningTransport, metro, or long-haul networksExperience transitioning from engineering or technical roles into program leadershipPrior experience working with:Network infrastructure programsVendor-led delivery modelsLarge enterprise or carrier environmentsFamiliarity with Fieldglass or SOW-based delivery modelsTechnical & Tools ExperienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong working knowledge of:Power BIBusiness intelligence and reporting toolsAI-enabled productivity toolsComfortable navigating systems, data, and dashboards to support decision-makingWhat Success Looks LikePrograms are stable, structured, and executing cleanlyLeadership receives concise, high-quality readouts they can act onProcesses are measurably improved, not just documentedVendors and teams are aligned, accountable, and productiveDecisions are made quickly because information is clear and trustedWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to maintaining momentum across key network programs.
