This role plays a key part in inventory accuracy, production flow, shipping/receiving activities, and ensuring materials are properly routed for recycling, reuse, resale, or disposal. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll DoReceive, unload, and stage materialsMove materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, or other warehouse equipmentVerify incoming shipments and outgoing inventory against packing slips, and system recordsPrepare materials for recycling, redistribution, or shipmentEnsure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated warehouse locationsSupport shipping and receiving operations as neededRemove packaging materials, shrink wrap, pallets, and debris to maintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational processesCommunicate material shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies to leadershipAssist other departments and production areas as business needs require What We're Looking ForReliable and ready to workPrevious warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferredForklift certification or recent forklift experienceBasic computer and scanner experience preferredAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable working in a hands-on environment Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movementsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsAbility to pass a background check and drug screen About Close the Loop Close the Loop is an international leader in recycling and sustainability, giving new life to materials like printer cartridges and plastics-while creating meaningful job opportunities.
