Actuarial Analyst

We're working with a leading financial services company dedicated to serving the military community and their families with a full range of banking, investing, and insurance products.The Role Independently applies complex technical and actuarial methodologies Utilizes actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques to augment work products Creates and delivers training on actuarial tools and processes Applies understanding of products and industry trends to solve business problems Identifies compliance gaps and process improvements, recommending solutions Leads unit initiatives and participates in cross-functional efforts as a technical subject matter expertWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related Actuarial/business/analytical experience 4 years of Actuarial or analytical business experience No more than 2 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams away from ACAS Credential and all VEEs completed Demonstrated competency with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools) Experience communicating complex solutions to technical and nontechnical audiencesWhat's On Offer Opportunity to work with a company dedicated to military members and their families Flexible work environment, 4 days in office per week Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and pensionApply via Haystack today!
