Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motorcoach Operator located in Waldo, WI. The Motorcoach Operator will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include operating motorcoaches, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally. Qualifications Proficiency in Truck Driving and Bus operationDemonstrated skills in Defensive Driving for safe transportationPrevious experience in Driver Training or willingness to undergo additional trainingExcellent Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesyValid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with applicable endorsementsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPersonalized Coaches is a 26 year old family owned and operated charter bus company.
