Screen Printer – Experienced Location: Conroe, TXCompany: Green Mango GraphicsJob Type: Full-time About Us Green Mango Graphics is a fast-growing print and graphics shop specializing in custom apparel, signs, and vehicle wraps. We print for businesses that care about quality, deadlines, and consistency—and we’re looking for an experienced screen printer who takes pride in their craft. Responsibilities Set up, register, and run manual and/or automatic screen printing presses Burn screens, coat, expose, reclaim, and maintain screens Mix inks accurately (PMS matching experience preferred) Print on t-shirts, hoodies, and various garments with consistent quality Inspect prints for quality, alignment, and durability Meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print area Communicate with production and design teams Requirements Proven screen printing experience (not entry level) Strong registration and color matching skills Experience with plastisol inks (water-based is a plus) Attention to detail and quality control mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred (Not Required) Automatic press experience Exposure to specialty inks (puff, discharge, metallic, etc.) Basic garment pre-press knowledge Previous production shop experience What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities in a expanding shop Positive, professional work environment Modern equipment and organized workflow How to Apply Apply through Indeed or bring your experience—and if you have photos of past work, even better.
