Security Officer Medical Facility Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.; Assist with de-escalation efforts and provide courteous support during high-stress situations, helping to maintain order while following Allied Universal standards and site procedures.
