Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Overview: As part of a mission-driven organization, you will play a key role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents and patients. Provide rehabilitative therapy services that promote independence and improve quality of life. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Graduate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, holding at least a Bachelor of Science degree. Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility to obtain certification as required by state guidelines. Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus, though not required. Familiarity with person-centered care practices and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
