IT Service Technician - Helpdesk, Field, or Systems Administration

Job Description The Digital Architects (TDA) is growing and looking to add motivated IT Service Technicians to support our expanding client base. This role is designed as a general IT service position, with placement into Helpdesk, Field Service, or Systems Administration & Management based on experience, strengths, and team fit.If you enjoy solving problems, supporting users, working with modern technology, and want to grow your career in IT — we’d like to meet you.About The RoleAs an IT Service Technician at TDA, you’ll support small and mid-sized business clients through a mix of remote support, onsite assistance, and technical preparation work.
