IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT/ERP Project Manager responsible for the clear definition and end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to deployment. The role requires a qualified practitioner who can manage structured project lifecycles and operate confidently within formal governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Project Manager with strong experience delivering end-to-end IT projects within formal governance and PMO frameworks. They will be confident managing complex, multi-workstream delivery across matrix and multinational environments, through to successful transition into BAU This is a remote-based role; however, the successful candidate will need to be based in either Poland, Hungary, Romania or Czechia. Key Skills & Experience Qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ, or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience delivering IT or operational projects Proven track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including transition to BAU Strong ability to plan, track, and control scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change across multiple concurrent projects Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations with diverse, cross-functional teams Confident operating within formal PMO frameworks and governance structures, including reporting and escalation Skilled in stakeholder management, translating technical detail into clear, business-focused language Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Project, and the wider Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Collaborative, delivery-focused, and able to make evidence-based decisions independently Responsibilities Deliver IT/ERP projects end-to-end, from initiation through deployment and transition to BAU Develop and maintain project plans, monitoring scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, global stakeholders, and third-party partners Manage project risks, issues, change, and ensure compliance with PMO governance frameworks Prepare and present clear project updates and documentation to senior stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness at handover Location : Remote - Poland Candidates must have the right to work in the stated countries Catch Resource Management is a leading provider of Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite, EPM and other ERP resources to both end users and to product suppliers/authors.
