Business Immigration Paralegal (EB-1 / EB-2 NIW / EB-3 / E-2)The Business Immigration Paralegal will support employment-based immigration matters including EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-3, and E-2 visa petitions. The role requires strong drafting and case preparation skills and the ability to manage complex petition packages from intake through filing.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft Form I-140 petitions and supporting documentation for employment-based immigration cases.Prepare NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and E-2 petition packages, including legal support letters and evidence organization.Draft petition support letters, recommendation letters, and detailed case narratives.Compile and organize documentary evidence and exhibits for USCIS submissions.Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather case information and required documentation.Track case progress and maintain accurate case files in the firm’s case management system.QualificationsExperience preparing employment-based immigration petitions (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, E-2).Strong legal drafting and writing skills.Ability to prepare I-140 petitions and supporting documentation independently.Native English or high professional proficiency in written English required.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
